1. Anilox roller glue spreader system,it is innovative design and with national patent right. we adopt anilox roller,quantity is one,dot coating this glue coating way consumes only small amount of PUR glue and glue distributes very evenly in every point in the panel,not like rubber /silicon roller,glue consuming is large and glue will overflow which will have bad impact on products’ appearance.
2. Long life span. Traditional silicon roller generally can be used about 3-4 months,the cost to replace a new one is about 2000-4000USD each time,while our anilox roller can be used as long as 5-6 years if customers operate correctly.
3. Anilox roller is easy and convenient to maintenance and cleaning compared with traditional 3 roller machine.
4.
